Decent tote, slow delivery
I bought a Canvas Tote Bag. The bag itself is pretty sturdy, good quality canvas and stitching. It's exactly as pictured on the site and holds a lot, which I appreciate for groceries. However, shipping took a little longer than expected, about 7 days to get to me in Florida. I got a shipping confirmation quickly but tracking updates were sparse. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but they couldn't speed it up. Overall, a good product for the price, but they could improve on shipping times and communication.
